Mark is so professional and quick to respond. The new roof looks fantastic! It turned out to be the wrong color at first but Mark stopped and made it right immediately. Great experience with Canyon West. They replaced my roof and everyone involved, owner Marc and the crew were professional, friendly and very good at their jobs. Marc is a great communicator through the entire process and inspected my roof after the job was completed. Below is a picture he took with a drone after completion. He also climbed on the roof and checked everything. In addition, I asked him to re attached a hanging cable to the facia and Josh came out promptly and took care of that. Best job, best price as I had several estimates. Marc is a pleasure to do business with!
